Not having met Francis personally but knowing of him through his older brother Richard and younger brother Patrick, we can attest to his strong character and will as he battled mightily with his illness. The passing of Francis will leave a void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. God rest his soul and grant that he may have Eternal Life. Rest in Peace, Francis.
