Obituary for Epifania Buslon

Epifania Buslon
Epifania Cunanan Buslon, affectionately known as, "Lola Fanny" or "Indang Panyang" is a woman whose laughter, smile, and kindness radiated the hearts of all she has left behind.

Born and raised in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines, she devoted her life to helping her parents and siblings, and was not afraid of the hard work required to sustain their needs.

Fanny married her prince and only love, Jesus Buslon whom she met in Manila before the Japanese invasion. However, it took some time for their love to multiply and so, with no time to waste, they adopted and raised Fanny's nephew as her own.

In a matter of a few years, she later bore nine beautiful children (8 sons, and 1 daughter), making their home a haven of love and joy. There was never a dull moment!

She was an industrious and resourceful wife, mother, and business-woman, always looking after her family's best interests.

She is survived by her nine sons, only daughter, and their families. One son, Paul in whom passed on to glory years before her death, is survived by his wife, their children and grandchildren.

Fanny's grand-children and great-grand children are the treasures by which her legacy remains.

Lola Fanny was a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and devoted her time to praying for her family, unceasingly declaring unity, love and harmony.

Her compassion, great sense of humour, and delicious cooking will forever be remembered. The loving warmth of her embrace will be missed, but her faith which carried our family through, has granted us all 96 years of amazing grace.

We can only imagine the joy that all of Heaven sang, when its gates swung wide to welcome you Home.

Oh how we love you Lola...

Congratulations on your graduation!
