Condolences

Condolence From: Morag McGregor
Condolence: Iam greatly saddened to learn that lovely Pamela, always full of fun and joyful to be with, is no longer (only physically. Always in our hearts and mind) in our lives.
I last met with Pamela in 2011 when I made contact with her during a visit to family in Ontario. This was to be the first time in almost 50 years that we were to meet. On first sight I recognised Pamela with immediacy but it took longer for it to register with her that my face was that of her old friend. We had been great friends during our senior school years and had kept in touch during the short period between leaving the world of education and Pamela’s move to Canada from Scotland.
After the Canadian visit in 2011 I kept in touch by email for a few years but eventually, as often happens, the emails between us dwindled.
Pamela was a lovely childhood friend. I was so fortunate to have had her as a friend.

Condolence: Pam and I become friends after I retired in 2001, we were neighbours before that, I was with Pam when she first found out she had breast cancer and I was with her to the end.
She was one very brave lady she never said why me she just took it as it come.
I hope I can be as brave when my time comes. Janet
