Barbara (Basia) Maria Szuprowicz died peacefully at home on October 9, 2018 at the age of 73 years. She is survived by her daughter Nicola, grand-daughter Luna and sister Ewa. She was a loving mother and grandmother, with a beautiful talent for gardening and entertaining. Basia was predeceased by her husband Hubert. Hubert Szuprowicz died March 18, 2017 at the age of 83 years. He will always be remembered for his kind heart, good spirit, and joyful story-telling. Celebrating the lives of Barbara and Hubert will take place at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Ave) on Saturday October 20th. Visitation will start at 11am with a service at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation in Basia and Hubert’s name would be much appreciated.
