At Chapel Ridge Funeral home, we can only speak about what services we offer our families - and we stand behind our services 100% of the time.  One thing that is very important to us is that we ensure that our last contact with the families we serve is never the invoice for the funeral.  We offer support in our aftercare program to support the bereaved family in helping them complete pertinent documents and ensure their affairs are looked after. Our service does not end at the cemetery.

Aftercare for Families 

Here at Chapel Ridge we provide a complimentary Aftercare Program that has been designed to elevate as much paperwork and stress as possible for you. Our Aftercare Specialist and Funeral Director Susan Booth is here to meet with you at your convenience. She will assist you with the cancelling of your loved one's Social Insurance Number, complete all paperwork that pertains to the C.P.P. Death Benefit and Survivor Benefits, notify vital statistics that the passing has occurred, and answer any questions you may have in regards to the services that were provided and are available to you and your family.
